Advisers who know the industry from the inside
We combine transaction and financing experience with 25 years of operational management experience in mid-sized companies, including a role as interim management board member of a listed German stock corporation, and with industry knowledge from medicine, healthcare, engineering and the automotive industry.
That is why we understand not only the numbers but also the language and value drivers of our clients: a medical device maker's MDR certification just as much as a supplier's dependence on individual OEM platforms.
Every mandate is led personally by the owner, from the first meeting to signing.
Four principles for every mandate
Sector focus
We advise exclusively in healthcare and automotive. This focus is the basis for market knowledge and access to decision-makers.
Independence
We are owner-managed and not tied to any bank or investor. Our advice serves our clients' interests alone.

Negotiating strength
We lead negotiations through to completion, aiming for the best possible price with high deal certainty.
